Call 911.
Go to your local urgent care.
For important needs that do not require urgent care, issues that require attention within 3 business days, check the FAQ page on the FMNW website for instructions.
You can send up to 12 portal messages between appointments, with each message limited to 750 characters.
Most non-urgent portal messages are answered within 2–4 business days (Monday through Friday).
· If you send a message on Friday, you might not receive a reply until the following Thursday.
· If you send a message on Monday, you may hear back by the following Friday.
If you do not get a reply in 4 business days (Monday–Friday), either resend your message or call and ask Christine to follow up.
Administrative or care requests completed outside of an appointment are not included in your visit fee or insurance payment. This applies to any request made seven days after your note is signed.
You can schedule an appointment to cover these services or pay a $25 fee per 10 minutes of work. Fees can be paid online via PayPal or by messaging Christine to charge the card on file. Let us know once payment is complete to be added to the administration/care request list.
For seven days after your visit, Dr. Iller will refill medications (either new prescriptions or re-prescribed ones discussed during your visit) and answer brief questions about your treatment plan.
· What isn’t covered?
Prescriptions or requests not discussed during your visit require another appointment or a $25 administration fee per 10 minutes. Some requests will need an appointment regardless of the fee.
Check the bottom of each care plan for your next recommended follow-up timeframe (generally 4–8 weeks).
· Note: 4 weeks does not equal 1 month, and 8 weeks does not equal 2 months. Prescriptions are given either on a 4 week or 30-day basis. Please keep this in mind.
· It’s best to schedule your follow up earlier rather than later.
· Book 4–5 weeks ahead, as Dr. Iller’s schedule can fill up quickly.
If you have any requests (including medication refills) and are overdue for your follow up, you must schedule a visit. Bring any questions or refill requests to your appointment.
If you can’t book a follow up before your medication runs out you need to pay for work done outside of a visit. Keep in mind it is your responsibility to book your appointments ahead of time.
· This option is only for those 1–2 weeks past their follow up.
· After payment, you’ll receive one 30-day fill.
· No additional refills will be provided until you complete your follow up.
Portal messages are intended for simple “yes” or “no” questions or clarifying your care plan. For other needs, schedule an appointment.
Schedule a visit for new or changed health concerns (e.g., UTI, rash, cough) that weren’t addressed at your last appointment.
Book a visit for Dr. Iller to review labs (both in-house and external) the same day. Some labs need 10–15 minutes for review, which will be included in your appointment.
Articles will be read prior to your follow up and time will be deducted from your appointment. Alternatively, you can pay the administrative fee to have the article read sooner if Dr. Iller’s schedule allows (max 4 pages per visit/fee).
A $25 fee applies to all prior authorizations.
Schedule an appointment each time you need FMLA/ leave paperwork filled out.
