We recommend that you contact your insurer directly to confirm coverage for Naturopathic or Acupuncture services. Patients are ultimately responsible for verifying their insurance benefits as they pertain to our offerings.

Out-of-State Insurance:

For in-person appointments, out-of-state patients may submit claims to their insurers. Telemedicine services are available exclusively if you attest to being physically present in Washington State. Please consult your insurance provider by telephone to verify coverage for in-person visits; online information should not be solely relied upon.

No Insurance:

If you do not have insurance or if FMNW is not an in-network provider for your plan, payment is required at the time of service. Payments made on the day of service are eligible for a 20% discount (applies to doctor's rates only); this discount does not apply to late payments.
