
Dr. Iller is a licensed Naturopathic Doctor (ND) and Acupuncturist (L.Ac.) in the State of Washington, holding advanced degrees in Naturopathic Medicine, Acupuncture, and Oriental Medicine from Bastyr University. Her initial clinical experience began as an Emergency Medical Technician during her undergraduate tenure at Mount Holyoke College, followed by an appointment as a Research Associate at the University of California, San Francisco. In this capacity, she contributed to behavioral pharmacology research with a focus on alcohol dependence and addiction therapies.
During her clinical training at Bastyr University, Dr. Iller obtained specialized instruction in micronutrient intravenous (IV) therapy and Functional Medicine, and served as a Nutrition Research Assistant under Dr. Alan Gaby, MD—a preeminent authority in medical nutrition and advisor to the White House Commission on Complementary and Alternative Medicine. Following the completion of her doctorate, Dr. Iller pursued a fellowship at Long Hua Hospital and Shanghai University of Traditional Chinese Medicine, where she specialized in endocrine disorders, cardiology, and neurological imbalances.
Dr. Iller subsequently engaged in postdoctoral education emphasizing the management of fatigue-related conditions, including Lyme disease and associated co-infections, viral pathologies, biotoxin exposures (e.g., mold), and mitochondrial dysfunction. Her continuing professional development has included mentorship by Dr. Marty Ross, MD, as well as specialized coursework through the International Lyme and Associated Diseases Society (ILADS).
From 2019 to 2025, Dr. Iller advanced her expertise in Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT), and she was thrilled following the regulatory changes around female hormones including the FDA’s removal of the black box warning . She has also collaborated with leading figures in cellular medicine and is actively pursuing certification in innovative peptide therapies.
Dr. Iller brings her wealth of experience to her practice and currently she is devoted to optimizing endocrine health—including thyroid function, hormonal balance, glycemic regulation, and adrenal performance—as well as advancing gastrointestinal wellbeing. By employing evidence-based functional medicine protocols, Dr. Iller supports patients in achieving targeted health outcomes and enhancing longevity.
